How long does a custom commission take?
Timelines depend on design complexity. Simple designs may take 2–3 weeks; intricate or gemstone-intensive commissions may require 4–8 weeks. A clearer estimate will be provided after the initial consultation.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are preferred so we can dedicate time to you. Walk-ins are welcome, but there may be a waiting time during peak periods.
Can I bring my own gemstones or old jewellery?
Yes, we regularly work with customer-owned stones and heirlooms. Check out our Resetting service too!
Can you do pesonlisation such as engraving and jewellery resizing?
Yes we do! It will depend on the jewellery type – please reach out to us for a more detailed discussion.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Pricing varies based on materials, labour, and complexity. After reviewing your concept and preferred stones, we will provide a clear quotation before work begins.
What if I want to make changes after the design has started?
Minor adjustments are usually possible. Significant changes affecting structure, materials, or gemstone settings may incur additional charges.
